Welcome to bidsmart! bidsmart “the platform” and all its associated assets/properties are owned, managed, and operated by KHUB Technologies. By accessing or using our website and/or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.

5. Auction Listings and Bidding

bidsmart provides a platform for users to create auctions, place bids, and manage transactions. While we strive to maintain a secure and fair environment, bidsmart is not a party to transactions between users. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their items, and buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before placing bids. bidsmart reserves the right to suspend or remove any auction or bid that violates our guidelines or is reported for suspicious activity.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with the Platform’s functionality or that is harmful to other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

In no event shall bidsmart be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

9. Termination

bidsmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms
